In the event of a MEDICAL emergency when the surgery is closed please call
The surgery is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
If you require urgent medical advice outside normal surgery hours please contact 111 for advice.
If you need to see a doctor you will normally be asked to attend the Out of Hours Centre, which is based at Kidderminster Hospital. Terminally ill patients and those who are genuinely housebound will be visited at home.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
