New Patient Registration

register_nowIf you wish to register with our practice you can apply by bringing your medical card or by completing a form, which will be supplied by the receptionist. If we are unable to accept you as a patient the reasons for this will be notified to you in writing.

Patients are registered with the practice rather than with an individual GP. You are able to request to be seen by your preferred Dr, however you may have to wait longer for an appointment.

In certain circumstances the Dr may refuse to see you (for example if you have previously been violent towards him or her) or ask you to accept an alternative Health Care Professional (if for example the Practice Nurse could deal with the problem).
